List of Things Allowed Inside Olympiastadion Stadium
- Valid admission tickets or authorization documents.
- Non-alcoholic beverages in beverage cartons up to a maximum capacity of 0.25 liters.
- Small bags or containers within specified dimensions.
- Admission tickets or accreditation cards for authorized personnel.
- Properly disposed of rubbish in designated bins.
- Cooperation with stadium personnel, including following instructions and maintaining clear access to emergency routes.
- Consent for the use of images and voices for media purposes related to the stadium visit or event.
List of Things Not Allowed Inside Olympiastadion Stadium
- Weapons of any kind.
- Prohibited substances such as drugs, flammable materials, or harmful substances.
- Glass or fragile containers, excluding non-alcoholic beverages in approved containers.
- Large or bulky items, including ladders, stools, and suitcases.
- Fireworks, flares, or other pyrotechnic articles.
- Political propaganda, discriminatory materials, or offensive symbols.
- Animals, except for authorized service animals.
- Unauthorized recording devices or professional cameras.
- Unauthorized advertising or commercial items.
- Drones or unmanned aerial systems.
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas within the stadium premises.
Access Requirements for Individuals Entering Olympiastadion Stadium
- Upon entering the premises, individuals must present their authorization to enter to security staff and, if requested, to the police. Failure to comply with this request will result in denial of access. The validity of admission tickets is determined by the terms and conditions set by the event organizer.
Security Measures:
- The security service has the right to search individuals, including using technical means, to identify security risks related to alcohol or drug consumption or possession of prohibited items. Consent may be sought to search clothing and containers, and technical equipment may be used for this purpose.
Refusal of Entry:
- Individuals unable to prove their authorization to enter or deemed a security risk, as well as those refusing a search, will be denied entry. This applies to individuals subject to a stadium ban. Denied visitors are not entitled to a refund of admission fees.
Rules for Stay:
- Only individuals with valid admission tickets or other authorization are permitted to stay on the premises. Admission documents must be presented upon entry and upon request by police, security staff, or authorized personnel. Proof of identity must be provided upon request. Unauthorized individuals may be ejected without explanation.
- Driving and parking within the premises require a special authorization pass, and regulations outlined in the Road Traffic Regulations apply unless stated otherwise.
Conduct Guidelines:
- All individuals must behave in a manner that does not endanger or inconvenience others.
- Compliance with instructions from stadium operators, police, fire brigade, security, rescue services, and stadium speakers is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
- Clear access to stairs, entrances, exits, and emergency routes must be maintained. Additional instructions may be given to prevent danger, which must be followed.
- Proper disposal of rubbish is required, with attention to material separation.
- Consent is given for the use of individuals’ images and voices for media purposes related to the stadium visit or event, as specified under Section 23 para. 2 of the Art Copyright Act.
